3. Life Cycle Costing -Carpet Fair will work with you in Life Cycle Costing if your replacement schedule is 2-5-10 or more years, there is a carpet for you.

4. Proper Selection - Carpet Fair will offer you the total range of Mills and their Products, we and yourself will negotiate with the Mills for carpets of equal value that meet all your needs.

5. Purchasing - Carpet Fair will order the minimum amount of yardage needed with the least amount of seams. All adhesives and trim will be compatible with manufacturer recommendations and quarantees.

6. Administration - Carpet Fair will expedite shipping, handling and storage of all materials. Stored Paid Materials will be in a fully insured Modern Sprinkler Warehouse.

7. Project Coordination - Carpet Fair will not only write the specs, handle and inspect the material, but work with your General Contractor on your behalf while Field Measuring and Supervising the installation, so the job will be complete and on time.

8. Proper Maintenance - Carpet Fair will supply to you all cleaning and maintenance manuals required. If the job size requires, the Mills Maintenance Experts will come and show your people the proper methods and recommendations for cleaning.

9. Guarantee - Carpet Fair will pass on to you all written Manufacturers Warranties and Guarantees as well as the Insatllation Guarantee.
